After almost a decade of sales experience at large corporations like BlackRock and JP Morgan, Joel carved out his own niche as a Growth Advisor and Outbound Aficionado. Joel loves contributing to the success of innovative + fast-growing tech companies.

Mac Potter
Chief Operating Officer
Mac loves having a hand in helping new and exciting products reach their intended audience and ultimately achieve market success. He oversees day to day account management activities and all of our client service reps.
After years of organizational experience at the American Cancer Society and a boutique law firm, Mac joins us as the ultimate account advocate. He is motivated by supporting people + companies in reaching their fullest potential. He enjoys responding nimbly in fast-changing markets - keeping the wheels in motion with creative solutions and close attention to detail.

Operations Manager
Strategizing optimal back-end systems while maintaining efficiency / communication across internal teams is a key component of her day-to-day.
Jess has worked in the operations world for almost a decade. She's an integral part of the behind-the-scenes running of all accounts. Joel describes Jess as the “wd-40 that keeps the wheels turning smoothly!”

After acquiring and building his own company using proven marketing and outbound strategies, Tim brings hands-on experience and a results-driven mindset to every team he works with. He is motivated by helping teams, big or small, reach their fullest potential and turn strong ideas into measurable success.
Tim is especially passionate about product positioning, identifying the right markets, refining messaging, and aligning a product’s value with the audiences it serves best.
